Online Credit Card & ATM transfer either pick up at 7-11 or at Ms.Gardener or Pay at 7-11

Products Ms.gardener are classified into “Regular” and “Pre-order” Goods
Regular- Longyan Honey, Honey Lip Balm and Honey Soap are all regular products. They will be delivered the next working day upon order confirmation.
Pre-order- In-order to maintain the freshness of the goods, these handmade honey cookies will be made upon order confirmation. It will take approximately 5 working days to prepare the cookies for delivery. Orders will be postponed during long holidays
※ Ms.Gardener will not send out additional notifications to customers regarding delays from flight or clearance congestion during long holiday.
※ Customers are not able to pick delivery dates and time for international deliveries. Ms.Gardener products are all handmade. To prevent delays in pre-order goods delivery, we suggest customers to place orders in advance.
※ Before Order confirmation, Ms.gardener reserves the rights to reject orders or order cancellation. All orders will be cancelled or altered when force majeure.

Online credit card payment supported by EC Pay.
ATM transfer
A specific order transfer account number will be provided, the transfer must be completed within 3 days, otherwise the account number will be expired.
Payment upon pick at 7-11
SMS will be send when goods arrived at designated 7-11, goods will be available for pickup upon payment.
Pickup at 7-11 after payment
SMS will be send when goods arrived at designated 7-11 for pick up.
※ Notification will be send upon payment confirmation. Should you have difficulties in receiving the notification please call +886 227668082, we shall have a representative to assist you.
· Delivery and freight charges
For all orders exceed NT$2000 freight charges will be exempted (Taiwan only), Door to Door freight charge NT$100. 7-11 pickup freight charge NT$60.
All overseas freight charge will be Freight Collect (available to China, Hong Kong region) delivery lead time will be around 3-7 days.
The regular goods will be dispatched two days after order confirmation. Pre-order goods will be dispatched 3 days after order confirmation. Delivery lead time will be around 1-2 working days (TAIWAN REGION ONLY)
※ Goods must be collected with-in a week upon the arrival at the designated 7-11. Otherwise goods will be returned, NT$60 freight charges will be charged for re-delivery of the order.
※ When adverse delivery conditions apply the logistics company maybe not be able to deliver (example: typhoon and public holidays). The addition days will not be accounted for as delivery lead time.
· Goods Return Policy
We will not accept goods return due to customers change of choice or preference. Therefore, we strongly advice customers to go through the shopping guide and product information thoroughly.
All return goods will be verified according to the degree of flaw exist in the goods . We will not accept return goods due to customers in difference expectation will not be considered as part of a flaw product.
Our Honey Biscuit are classified as food category. Return or replace will not be accepted except major product flaw was confirmed.
Goods subject to replacement must be UNUSED and UNOPENED and in original condition. Good within complete packing will not be replaced.
