Goods Return Policy
· We will not accept goods return due to customers change of choice or preference. Therefore,we strongly advice customers to go through the shopping guide and product information thoroughly.
· All return goods will be verified according to the degree of flaw exist in the goods . We will not accept return goods due to customers in difference expectation will not be considered as part of a flaw product.
· Our Honey Biscuit are classified as food category. Return or replace will not be accepted except major product flaw was confirmed.
· Goods subject to replacement must be UNUSED and UNOPENED and in original condition. Good within complete packing will not be replaced.
